Hey all Linux users, a good news for all of you i.e. Canonical announced on Thursday the availability of Skype as a Snap file, the universal Linux app packaging format. The release means that Skype can deliver its communications services to wider range of Linux users not only for the users running Canonical's Ubuntu Linux distributions...
Skype as a Microsoft product is an app that lets us to make video or voice calls and send files, video and instant messages. Skype-to-Skype calls are free anywhere in the world. Premium features like voicemail, SMS texts etc carry a cost.
The Skype Snap works on all Linux distributions that supports Snaps, including Linux Mint, Manjaro, Debian, Arch Linux and Ubuntu. This application is compatible across a wide range of Linux distributions. So friends enjoy the Skype Snap.....
#2. Patent by Motorola over Self-healing Screen....
Motorola Patents Self-healing Screen. The method of repair amazes by its simplicity i.e. the application of heat. Breaking of the mobile screen is one of the most important headaches of smartphone users.
Motorola had patented a system that allows its screens to be repaired automatically. This new system works with heat and for a moment it partially fixes the screen according to Motorola plans...
This process is based on the operation of shape memory polymer which already exists and was developed by the University of Rochester in US. The main approach of the Motorola engineers is to apply this material in the constructions of protectors to protect the LCD or LED panels that s installed in the smartphones and tablets in the market.....
